Midnight Clock

The Midnight Clock is magic.

It is designed to attract no attention. But if it comes, attention is maintained. The larger hour ball and smaller minute ball roll in seemingly impossible perfect circles around a slanted bowl.

This illusion is created through a hidden clock mechanism, each hand with a magnet at its tip. The balls can be taken off the bowl surface and replaced, making no difference to the time.
